    推进中央(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)企业(ye)(ye)结(jie)构(gou)调(diao)(diao)整与(yu)重组,是(shi)贯(guan)彻落实党(dang)中央(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)、国(guo)(guo)务院深化国(guo)(guo)资国(guo)(guo)企改(gai)革决策部署的(de)重大(da)举(ju)措(cuo),是(shi)做强做优做大(da)国(guo)(guo)有(you)企业(ye)(ye)、提(ti)升核心竞争(zheng)力的(de)必然要求。党(dang)的(de)十九大(da)以(yi)来(lai),习近平总(zong)书记多次对国(guo)(guo)有(you)经济(ji)布局(ju)结(jie)构(gou)调(diao)(diao)整和(he)中央(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)企业(ye)(ye)重组工作作出(chu)重要指示批(pi)示,亲自审议通(tong)过《关于新(xin)时代推进国(guo)(guo)有(you)经济(ji)布局(ju)优化和(he)结(jie)构(gou)调(diao)(diao)整的(de)意见》,为(wei)推进中央(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)企业(ye)(ye)结(jie)构(gou)调(diao)(diao)整与(yu)重组指明(ming)了前进方向、提(ti)供了根本遵循(xun)。在(zai)新(xin)发展阶段,我们将以(yi)习近平新(xin)时代中国(guo)(guo)特色社会(hui)主义思想为(wei)指导,按照(zhao)国(guo)(guo)企改(gai)革三年(nian)行动有(you)关要求,凝心聚力、真抓实干,做好“五个聚焦(jiao)”,努力推动中央(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)企业(ye)(ye)结(jie)构(gou)调(diao)(diao)整和(he)重组工作取(qu)得更(geng)大(da)进展、实现更(geng)好效果。

    中央企(qi)业结构调整与(yu)重组取(qu)得积极进(jin)展

    党(dang)的十九(jiu)大(da)以(yi)来,国资委(wei)党(dang)委(wei)认真学习领会、深入(ru)贯(guan)彻落(luo)实党(dang)中(zhong)央决(jue)策(ce)部署,按(an)照“一条主线、五(wu)个着力”思(si)路,以(yi)“做强做优(you)做大(da)中(zhong)央企业(ye)(ye)、实现高质量发展(zhan)”为主线,着力中(zhong)央企业(ye)(ye)战略性(xing)重组、专(zhuan)业(ye)(ye)化(hua)整(zheng)合(he)、并(bing)购、“两非(fei)”(非(fei)主业(ye)(ye)、非(fei)优(you)势)剥离和(he)“两资”(低效(xiao)资产(chan)、无效(xiao)资产(chan))清退、“压减”等五(wu)个重点,不折不扣做好(hao)中(zhong)央企业(ye)(ye)结构调整(zheng)与重组,有(you)效(xiao)推动(dong)国有(you)经济布局结构不断优(you)化(hua)。
